10/9/2025 Again Cool Springs Modern Dentistry continues to provide 5-Star service. The staff knows what they’re doing from customer service up front with Liz and Allison, to Katlyn who again did a wonderful job with the cleaning. Her and Julie are the best hygienists I’ve had. Everyone is super friendly and I don’t dread going to the dentist due to the repoir you can build so easily with them. It was also a pleasure meeting with Madison and Dr. Sparks today for my checkup as well. See you again for more work and maintenance! 9/1/2023 I really like the Smiles organization, and coming from CA, I’ve been here 4 years and it was nice to find a Smiles in Franklin, TN. It was nice that my dental history carried over seamlessly. Great front desk, and great work on my crown this past January by Dr. Melhelm. Katlyn and Julie are the best hygienists and keeping my grill maintained and clean. Brandon and everyone are very personable. Highly recommended!
